Parassala is a small town at the southern border of Kerala and Tamil Nadu in between Trivandrum and Kanyakumari. ISKCON (Hare Krishna) temple at Parassala was established in 2002 and through Sunday programs, feasts, festivals, book distribution and the annual Lord Jagannatha Rathayatra, temple is propagating the philosophy of Krishna consciousness to the people in this area.
